We have several add-ons added into Confluence since we've started using it few years ago. However, I never know the usage of each add-on and I don't know who's actively using Confluence as well (we've added 400 users but I believe less than 100 are actively using).
Is there a way to pull these data without any additional plugin?
Thanks.
I don't think it's possible with additional apps.
A blunt way to look at active usage of the system is to look at the list of users by "last login time" in the admin -> users pages. Primitive, but a start.
Usage of apps is a lot harder. You can, in later versions of Confluence, do the obvious check - look at the macros provided by apps and then run the "macro usage" report. This can tell you a lot about the apps that provide macros.
Beyond that though, I'm afraid we're stuck. An app could be doing all sorts of things, and even not log it, so there's no way to track them in any really useful detail.
Your best option may be "disable app over a weekend, and count how many complaints you have by Wednesday"
Thanks for your prompt response. I think I will start on that.
I was also able to find the macro usage report that you mentioned and I think that helps a lot for my end.
