Is there a way to print the name of the creator of the page when you print a PDF of the space?

We need to print all of our notes in PDF periodically.  One of the requirements is that it must show who created and edited the document.   Is there a way to add that to the custom page templates we created or have it printed using the custom PDF formatting?
