Is there a way to pass a variable or value from a Confluence page into a Jira macro?

Use case: I would like to create a template that contains multiple Jira filters that use the FixVersion to retrieve a set of tickets from their respective projects. I would like the user of this template to set the value for the FixVersion once, instead of having to open and edit each Jira macro.

Nothing like this is in the delivered product.  You could always create something of your own using the Jira API https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-project-versions/#api-rest-api-3-version-post
