Is there a way to hide the registration control for a user who has already submitted an entry?

I may have missed this when looking for an answer so apologies if that is the case, but does anyone know what the correct filter syntax to apply in the ‘Hide controls when stored data matches this criteria’ field in the Confiforms Registrations Control macro?

My use case is that someone fills out a feedback form, and then the form (reg control) is hidden from view until the data is cleared with a new feedback question later on.

Thanks in advance!

Hi

The condition like this should work (unless Registrations Control is placed inside some ConfiForms ListView macros and alike - which is much more complicated in this case)

createdBy:[entry._user]

Thanks Alex, this is what I tried to begin with and had no luck so assumed it needed something more complex to work. We are using an old version of the plug-in so wondered if it wasn’t supported/was a bug in older versions?

I dont know... unless it is something like 7 years old version :-)

Here is a quick demo of what I have said earlier

Hope it helps

Hmmm… funny you should suggest 7 years old. It is ancient version - long and painful IT support story that led to it. Upgrading soon though!

I’ll add it to the to-do list once upgraded to something this side of the Jurassic age. Thanks as always!
