Hello,

I'm looking to create separate instance of confluence, where I would publish documentation, and provide to external clients/customers so that they could access the documentation. Each space will be client specific. When accessing the spaces from an external account I am able to view the designated and other spaces in the "Spaces" directory.

Is there a way we can create these spaces without being able to view all spaces with an external account even if it leads to a "restricted page" message. If there is no other way to complete this will creating another instance on the account ie "client-mycompany.com" be the best possible solution for what we are trying to achieve?

Hello @Orenthial Rowsey

Welcome to the community.

According to this document the only spaces one should see in the View All Spaces list are the ones you have permission to see.

If you give the users of client A permission to see only one space, they should not see any other spaces in the list.

Is that not the experience you are having?
