Is there a way to export all Space permisson config to a file ?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Space Permissions Overview

We are trying to limit the number of groups that are synched from AD. For this it would be great if I could get all a list of all spaces and their permission to a single file so that we can look at what groups are in use.

  Is there a simple way to do this?

thanks Bob, we do not have these add-ons installed on our environment. Right now it is a bit of an overkill to implement them for this functionality.
