Is there a way to create a template that has a table with data that populates other fields?

I need to create a project template that has fields such as project title, project manager, etc. that roll up into a report that lists all projects.  I need a milestone table that the user updates as the project progresses. However, only the current status  and expected completion date for that status would be shown in the report.

Concept: the user enters and maintains planned and actual dates in milestone table below.  Then, by updating Current Status, new Expected Completion populates from Planned Date in the table.

Is this possible?

Hi @Shevondalyn Robinson ,

Do you have any 3rd party apps installed for your instance? Seems that the case can't be achieved with standard Confluence tools.

We develop the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app and there can be a workaround with the Table Transformer macro (the user types in the required status and dates are pulled from the big table with all the milestones).

Then all your small tables with current statuses and dates can be combined into one big report using the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.

If you have the app, you may refer to our support for a thorough guidance.
