I am adding multiple instances of the pie chart macro to a Confluence page. Each are based off a different filter. I would like the colors of the states to remain consistent throughout the page. For Example, the state of "done" to show as Green. Since each pie chart has a different amount of states (ie one filter currently has records in 3 states, the other in 4) the colors are not consistent. Hopefully there is a way to do this with the standard macros.
Hi @Dennie Carter ,
The Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app (that is our add-on) may help your case.
You'll be able to select colors for your statuses from the additional column of your source table, so that the consistency will be maintained. https://docs.stiltsoft.com/tfac/dc-server/pie-and-donut-chart-tyres-140936105.html#PieandDonutcharttyрes-Setcolors
For example, no matter if your source table is a manually created table or comes from the Jira Issues macro, you can group it by statuses and then assign a special color to this or that status (with the help of the Pivot Table and Table Transformer macros that also come with the app). You apply the same condition for all the tables and all your Pie charts will use the same color scheme no matter how many statuses are present in the chart at this precise moment.
Hello @Dennie Carter ,
This a default pie chart in Atlassian, and there is no option to edit the colors of the each part.
Testing results from other chart like applications:
Overall, like @Charlie Misonne said, this is not possible sadly.

Hi Dennie,
I'm afraid that's not possible. There was a feature request for this but it was not implemented: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-41625
Some plugins can do it however.
