Is there a points system for JIRA similar to Confluence Questions?

Hi,

Is there a way to implement the point system that is available in Confluence where a user receives points when giving an answer, asking a question and/or answer gets accepted.

Is there a similar plugin or native to JIRA that gives points when the assigned user gets to complete the issue or moves the status?

Thanks for this. I was able to check this out and seems this is the only option for version 7.1 . I have tried applying this but encountered alot of errors. Thanks anyways.
