Is there a plug-in to allow links to open new windows/tabs and Tooltips?

I have Confluence pages with links to files, but when people click on them they open up inside the same page (moving people off of the main page).  Is there a plug-in that allows me to add regular links that will give me the choice to Open in New Window or Tab and also will it allow me to create Tooltips at the link itself (not an ImageMap), let me know and thank you in advance!!

No you can't do that and unfortunately I think that there isn't any app for the cloud which can do that (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-11194).

However what you could do is use another app, which can hold HTML. So you place all you text inside this macro and format it accordignly.
