Is there a maximum number of page properties macros you can use on one page?

Oksana June 15, 2021

I use page breaks on my confluence pages so I need to use multiple page properties macros. I noticed when I use 6x page properties macros on one page they pull into a report fine, as soon as I add the 7th it breaks. Is this something that can be fixed?
If not, does the same limitation will apply in cloud?

@Oksana Welcome to the community.

When you say that it breaks what does that mean?  Can you share a screenshot?

I have a server version and have not run into any issue with the number of macos on a page.  I am wondering if you are using macros that are larger in size and taxing your server's resources. You might need to add additional memory.  If you share the specific macros I could try and recreate the issue.   Also have you checked the logs?

I will check the logs/ memory.

Here are some screen shots.

On the page for 444 5th Ave, I added the 7th property macro and then in my page properties report it showed up twice (as circled in red)- cnce populating the fields in the report, and the second time with blanks.

It also appeared in my Chart from Table pie chart as a blank as well. As soon as I remove the 7th page property, all the reports go back to normal.

Hi @Oksana ,

I see that you use the Chart from Table macro that belongs to the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (it's our add-on).

The app also provides the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that can fully replace the Page Properties Report macro (and even collect multiple row tables).

Try to use these macros instead. Here is an example.
