I’m looking for a specific Confluence macro (if it exists) with the following characteristics:
Something similar to Excerpt / Excerpt Include, but with the ability to display only a selected part of a Confluence page inside a Jira issue.
I want to choose a specific section of the Confluence page and have only that snippet shown in Jira.
Smart links are not suitable for this use case because:
They display the entire page boundary and look too bulky in the Jira ticket.
They load slowly.
They don’t allow selecting just a portion of the page — you can only preview the whole page.
Can anyone suggest:
A built-in macro I might have missed?
A marketplace app or workaround that allows embedding a selected part of a Confluence page into Jira cleanly?
