Is there a flow, or overview of steps, to get started setting up Project in Confluence with requirem

I need best practices to start a new Project in Confluence with the Requirements. How the side menu works (Space Shortcuts, Page Tree. I want separate pages to set up Project Notes, Project docs, and Project Requirements. Then how and where the Requirements are continued in JIRA with User Stories/Use Cases.
