Is there a filter macro like what SalesForce uses to filter out content dynamically?

Looking for a similar filter mechanism to what SalesForce uses to present Release Notes dynamically:

Hi Mireille,

You need an add-on like Scroll Versions (as used by Atlassian for their versioned documentation).
