Is there a date for sunsetting the 'OLD' Blank page macro?

When you go to create a new page, Atlassian displays two macros (old and new). The wording in the description says that old is "going away soon", but does not say when.

My main concern is when 'old' Blank Page goes away, will I lose my ability to edit the old pages I have already made?

I have dug through what I could find in the help documentation, but could not find anything about 'Blank Page' macros.

These aren't macros, they are page blueprints, but no worries.

When the "Blank page (old)" goes away, you will still be able to edit existing pages in the old editor, but won't be able to create any new ones.

On my Confluence Cloud instance, the "Blank page (old)" has already gone.

I'd imagine that the old editor will stay around for a while, because the old pages were not automatically migrated to the new format.

If you wish to continue creating pages in the old format with the old editor, you will have to copy an existing page that uses the old editor and work from there 😉
