there a different apps on the marketplace that you can use to build an approval management in Confluence.
For example:
The app mentioned first, has the possibility to establish e-Signature Approvals.
You can als use Confluence Automations to build global automation rules that replicate you approval management.
Which solution is the right one depends on the requirement. It's best to read through everything and see which function is the right one for you.

If your use case requires stricter approvals you can use our app Document Control for Confluence Cloud. The app is mainly built for regulated environments.
If you set to not require additional authentication, the app is simple to use and shows you an approval trail directly in the Confluence page.
Digital Rose also offers a robust electronic signature solution that does include a signature macro.

You could use the app Comala Document Management to customize approval workflows to create, review, approve using electronic signatures, publish, and share your content.
