We are still using the on prem version, 7.18 of Confluence and there is a user that is interested in the Analytics feature. Is Analytics available for our version of Confluence? I do not see the Analytics option in the menu bar.

Yes, analytics should be available for you if you are using Data Center and have enabled it. See this KB for more information.
