Is it possible to translate the content into different languages?

I have already tried to change languages in settings, but it changed only the interface.

Not really, that would need a full-on translation engine to be built into Confluence, and that is not a small task.

If you were on Server, I'd recommend a look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211616/scroll-translations-for-confluence which does do parallel pages in different languages, and can accept attempts at translation from external translation systems.  But, I'm afraid I'm not aware of anything like that for Cloud.
