I have created a space in confluence with multible pages, I want to share this one space to an outside company, but I dont want them to be able to view other spaces we have. Is this possible?

Yes.

Give them access to the space as usual, by giving their accounts or groups access in the space permissions.  Then make sure they do not get access to the other spaces.

A common default is to have the "confluence users" group represent "these people can log in", as well as provide access to spaces.  That will need to be unpicked in your system, so that "can log in" does not grant automatic access.
