Is it possible to see who has activated a subscription to a product?

I need to be able to see who has activated a subscription to a product as before something is activated we need to approve its use, I've had a look but can't work out how to do this, please can you advise?

Hi @Katie Thomas 

   I do not know if what you need is possible, but if you can restrict at the level of permissions that nobody activates a product, except the confluence administrator, in this way if any user needs a product or addon, they must issue a request to the administrator for their assessment, approval and installation
