Hi,
I'm exploring options to restrict automation rules creation in confluence cloud for a group. So, that the only the users in the group are allowed to create automation rules.
I had this option in Jira cloud in global configuration. Where I had a dropdown to choose users and groups. Similarly, is there an option to do the same in confluence cloud.
Thanks,
Jayanth
Hello @Jayanth
On Confluence, no. Global automations are limited only to Confluence administrators. Space administrators can create the rules in the spaces they are admins of:

Since user roles are now taking the place, there isn't (yet) a specification on which role can create and which cannot do this. There aren't many differences in Confluence and Jira automation rule creation.
