We have a back office page which has many important PDFs that we want to mirror out to 2 separate spaces. Unfortunately, when we do this, the PDFs on the mirrored spaces break and don't show. The PDF icon sometimes shows, but it's not possible to open it or download it, rendering it useless.
Does anyone have any idea how it can be done? We have many, so updating them all manually throughout the spaces (and they change regularly for legal reasons) can be high-risk so we'd need to find a better solution.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Lena Silk and welcome to the Community.
You need to check the Atlassian marketplace for a space sync app (such as Comala Publishing).
Basically, whatever you change in one space on any page, gets synced to the target space. Including attachments.
Hi @Kris Klima _K15t_ !
Unfortunately, we can't get additional apps for our work.
But this should be solvable in the current UI, as using excerpts should successfully display all elements of their content on other pages, which it currently does with most other things (images, links, tables, expands, panels).
So it seems that something in the interface isn't working properly. Is there a way to fix it?

Macros respect permissions so the person who views included content in Space B (target) needs to have access to that content in the original location (Space A, source).
What about the Page include macro?

It's been a while since I worked with the on-prem Confluence, so I don't know if it works cross-space :)
(With publishing, the apps actually copy everything - so you can use those apps to author in one space with very restricted access, and use the target space for read only access to a wide audience).

Hi, thanks for the other suggestion! We didn't use include page as it could create some other blockers (being able to add/edit info between sections), but we'll revisit this. If any other questions, we'll come back! Thanks.
