Is it possible to hover over a word on Confluence and have the definition pop up?

I have a page for a glossary and wanted to know if I can hover over a word in the glossary and have the definition pop up.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

I did a quick search on the Marketplace and found this app that seems to be able to show you a pop up, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219677/smart-terms-for-confluence-glossary?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
