На данный момент вики привязана к серверу, на котором расположен тестовый сайт. Wiki необходимо размещать на сервере, где находится продуктивный сайт. Можно ли разместить вики на 2 серверах?

Hi @Дмитрий  and welcome,

you can install a data center instance for this purpose. In that way, you will have an instance with multiple nodes. Take a look to this introduction video https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/data-center/confluence/intro-to-data-center
