As of company development reasons, sometimes it is necessary to reallocate user permissions. Is it possible to switch user permissions to a new user, if the old user is not existing anymore? So whenever I have 10 user permissions to allocate, and I have only 10 employees, that constantly switch, do I have to upgrade when having allocated 10 user permissions?
You don't "switch", the process is "add new, remove old". There's no need to upgrade if you have fewer than 11 active people, just remove the old ones.
