So you have a couple team calendars with schedules. Is it possible to have a separate page that shows a summary for the day of each calendar?
For example, say you had a calendar with an on-call schedule. Is it possible to have a feed showing the current days event from a specific calendar, so the result is always up-to-date on who is currently scheduled?
Page 1 has the calendar.
Page 2 has a box displaying what todays events are (conveniently named SoandSo is on call).
Is this possible?
Hello there!
You can surely change the way Team Calendars show events in a page within Confluence.
However, showing the events for only one specific day is not available natively. We can set it to show events as a List:
1- Create a new Page
2- Insert the Team Calendars macro
3- Select to Add Existing Calendar
4- Add the desired calendar
5- Select List as the display mode
6- Publish the page
After this is applied, you should see the events related to the space as a list in your page. The topmost day is today, days before the current day are not shown in the list.
This will not show all events that exist in a given calendar, the display list is limited to a specific time-frame of approximately two months.
