is it possible to somehow disable the e-mail notifications that you receive as a site administrator in cloud e.g. e-mail about the deletion of an user?

Not that I know of.
There are some suggestions which are related - such as...
...which you could vote for and watch.
Otherwise, if you don't want to see these - I'd use your email service's filtering rules, to put these into folders and/or make them unread :)
