I have created a procedure guide in a confluence space for our department. At the bottom of the guide I have placed a series of check-boxes to work something like a checklist for the user. However these are posted back to the page for everyone to see them.
Is it possible to make it so that each user can edit this checklist but not alter the web form (each person using the guide has their own list and it is marked as Unchecked if they reload the page)

i handled a similar problem - I created a template with a checklist and other Informations to be filled out by users and used the Create from Template Macro.
Using this button every user can create a page and edit the checklist.
