Is it possible to creat customer specific confluence spaces?

We want to create a space for every Costumer with their specific documentation. But we don't want to pay the license fee for every customer. Is there a way to give access to non confluence users? Or maybe similar than in the Service Desk non licensed users?

No, with Confluence, it's user access, or anonymous.  Anonymous spaces are visible to everyone.
