I would like to know if the comments option can be blocked/removed just for a specific page not for the whole space.
In this case, people focus on commenting rather than understanding the content.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to do that. Even if you restrict the page to simply view, then the users will be able to still comment on this page.
