Is confluence webhook is available for OAuth 2.0 intergration?

So i created a app using OAuth 2.0 integration everything is working fine. But now i want to create webhook subscription so i can get any new event update as soon it will created. But in permission there is no scope for that for jira it is present but for confluence it is not. Can anyone please tell it is present or not?
