Hi,
I suppose it is related to the incident, but me personally i can't load Confluence at all.
This what i get after the page loads for a while:
{"reason":"Not found"}Is Confluence completely down at the moment?

Hi @fvelcker
If there is any active incident, you can track the status from here: https://status.atlassian.com/
Is this specific to a single page? Does the error occur in different browsers?

Thanks, I know about there is an incident, if I raised it, it is because it is more than just "degraded performance, can't edit page".
My entire team is affected. Though some have a more fancy error page like this:
For me in incognito it show a line of numbers,

Hi @fvelcker,
The quickest way to know whether this is a broad incident is the live status page, since it updates in real time: Confluence status. If you are an org admin, System Health in Atlassian Administration shows incidents scoped to your org.
That said, a {"reason":"Not found"} that sticks after the page loads often points to something specific to your site, account, or browser session rather than a platform-wide outage. To narrow it down, try an incognito window and a different network, and check whether colleagues on the same site can load it. If it is only you, it is likely account or access related; if the whole site is unreachable while the status page stays green, a site admin raising a support ticket is the fastest route.
