I have a fresh lime account and have started a new business and have been trying to reach a freshlime rep for weeks. When I schedule appointments I don't get a follow up email with a calendar invite. Emails go unanswered and the phone always goes to voicemail. Did the company go under or something? It's all so weird not to have any response in place.

Freshlime is not owned by Atlassian they just host their documentation in Confluence. It has not been updated since 2022 so who knows if they are still around.
