Invite user as Space Administrator but not Confluence Administrator

How can a Space Administrator invite (non existing) users to a Space without having Confluence Administrator rights?

I am afraid that there is no such a option in Confluence. You might try to use some workaround like remote API in order to add users to the specific spaces and granting permissions automatically.
