Hi all!
We have been querying the Confluence database to pull together some analytics about our spaces and user community.
We have used the AO_7B47A5_EVENT table but are not sure how to interpret some of the results, particularly for the 'attachment_viewed' event.
Which conditions result in a 'view' of this type to be recorded? Does a user need to click on the attachment to either preview or download the file?
