We are using Confluence workflow and a space template to allow users to create a request page from a confluence template. Because we have some variable fields (that allow the users to select from drop-down values) in the template, when the user clicks the button (macro) to create a new page from the template, the first step the users must complete is to select values they need in the drop-down fields and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click "Next" before they can fill in the non-variable fields. I COULD put fields in every other cell in the table the users need to fill in so that the users can complete them, but would rather provide some bold instructions to tell the users they need to scroll to the bottom and push next. Does anyone know how to do this?
