Insight macro for Confluence Cloud

I don't see an Insight macro add-on for confluence cloud. Is Atlassian working on it or is there any workaround? We are migrating from server to cloud and have many confluence pages with Insight macro.

Welcome to Atlassian community.

As you already know at this moment the app is available only for server and DC versions. But we have a feature request raised for the same. You might want to vote and comment on the  the same.
