Insert image with link (that opens in a new window)?

Hey all,

I have added a series of images to my page and have assigned a url to each using the link option of each image. The problem is I cant seem to find a way to make it so that the link opens in a new tab or window when the user clicks the image.  I opens in the same window and I cant find an option to change that behavior.  What am I overlooking here?

This will require you to have a Confluence Server instance as it is not supported in Cloud.
