Inline comment icon not showing on Confluence database cells

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed something strange with Confluence database tables. When adding inline comments to a database cell, the comment icon/indicator doesn’t always appear, even though the comment itself is still there and open.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Is it something that might be related to specific instances or configurations?
