I want to make the homepage of my Sales space an index of all the pages so the sales team members can easily see an outline of the pages (on that first page) and click into any of the pages. BUT when I use the Index Macro, It has a bunch of letters with zeros next to them. It doesn't read like an actual index. How can I accomplish this?  I tried using the table of contents macro, but that only links to content on the same page. I want to link to all pages in the space.

Hi @Crystal Parker and welcome to the Community

Index macro seems to be deprecated but it seems to work - 2025-06-27_07-10-59.png

It seems I have 10 pages that start with A.

You can also use the Child items macro on the home page of a space but that kinda duplicates the actual page tree - but it is configurable so you may want to explore the settings.

The long-term issue would be the number of pages which, at certain point, will make the landing page a visual mess of text and links.

As an alternative, you can use the Company Hub feature to create a dedicated landing page for your sales team. The hub's primary use is Intranet but you can easily appropriate it for your purpose and use macros like cards and carousels to highlight specific articles and make the landing page more than just a list of pages.

And you can still use page listing macros.
