I am the owner of a space in Confluence, and an administrator of Confluence.
The space has been in place for a number of years, and no recent changes have been made.
Now I get an error 'You've stumbled on restricted content' when I try to access the space page. It suggests I ask the owner for permission, but I repeat - I am the owner.
This page has a restriction that means only I and one other user can edit the page. The other user gets the same message.
Other pages within the space are still visible, even if they have restrictions on them.
No a page in a space can be granted edit and view restrictions, even the space owner can be excluded from a page, by these restrictions.
So you need to find the person who changed the page restrictions for that page.
Or temporary switch to a premium subscription, then you have the option to get access to restricted pages as your permissions are Confluence administrator or higher in the instance and change the restrictions
Otherwise reach out to Atlassian Support, as community members can't access you instance.
Thanks Marc, but the restrictions do say that I am an editor of the page, so it does seem like there is an issue here.

As this seems to be the case, only Atlassian could help out in this to see what is wrong on that specific page.
As this seems to be like an indexing or other backend issue, on the community people don't have access to instances
Raise an issue with them via; Atlassian Support
