Hi there! I'm receiving an email saying that @"Your Confluence subscription will be cancelled in 30 days" due to inactivity. I use the web site on a daily basis, and have lots of updates on it. Then, I don't understand why I receive such a notification.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

I have not received such a message and am also on a Free subscription.
Does the email specify the subscription/site that is about to be cancelled, so that you can confirm it is the same subscription/site you access regularly?
Have you contacted the Atlassian Billing, Licensing, and Purchasing Support team? They should be able to provide you with more details about the message if it is legitimate. Reach out to them through this page:
