×Hello Bitbucket Support Team,
I recently purchased the $19 Bitbucket plan. However, I noticed that I was charged $20 first and then an additional $10 afterward.
The $20 charge is unclear because my plan is $19.
The additional $10 charge does not have any invoice available in my billing history.
Could you please clarify why these extra charges occurred and provide me with the missing $10 invoice? If this was an error, I kindly request a refund for the incorrect charge.

As to an actual charge being higher than the 'list price' on the website ($19 vs $20), that's likely because the actual charge includes applicable local taxes while the price of the plan on the Atlassian website is without taxes. For example, I reside in the Czech republic so applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) rate is applied to my invoice.
Admin section of your Atlassian organization features the billing section where you can find out what was the 10% charge for.
