Include Pages dropdown not working properly (not updating?)

I'm trying to use the Include Page macro, but the dropdown to select the page to include doesn't seem to be pulling proper data.

It's not showing pages which I've recently created, and it's showing old pages that I've since deleted or changed the name of.

Does it only update on a particular schedule? (do I need to wait a bit?)

Should I be searching on something other than the page title?

Is there some setting or property that allows pages to be included or not?

Should I flush out the cache or something? I've already tried a hard-reload refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)

All pages have the appropriate rights, and I'm an admin on the account.
