The Atlassian support portal won't let me open a ticket. It thinks our Confluence site does not exist, so it won't let me continue to open a ticket.
I copied+pasted the FQDN, didn't work; i tried HTTPS://FQDN, didn't work; tried the full Wiki URL, didn't work.
So I can't even open a support ticket for the site we pay for (only Standard plan; does this even include support?)
In addition to that, there are bugs preventing me from creating granular or classic API tokens. But I can't report them because the support page doesn't work.
So now I'm stuck and Atlassian has no idea about my inability to use their product. Hopefully one of their staff sees this post and reaches out.
(also, LOL, it auto-filled out four identical tags below here)
Hello @Peter Willis
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you an administrator of your Organization or a non-admin user of Confluence? Support cases can be opened only by administrators. End users need to contact their local administrator first for support
If the local administrator can't solve the issue then they can contact Atlassian directly.
Alternately you can describe the problem here and we, other users of the product, can offer advice.
