Hello
I created a new server and i exported an old space to my new space. All data are present on the new server but when i want to authenticate on the space i have "Unauthorized operation"
The space autorisation are the same on the new and the old server
My local admin can authenticate
On the new server when i go to user repertory and test my LDAP connexion it s say it s OK BUT when i go to space autorisation and want to add a user, it is say don't find the user
Can you help me ?
Hi @Macors Romain ,
if you exported space from an instance and import into a new one, probably the user ids are different so, as local admin, you should setup permission on new space and try again.
This should fix your issue.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
hey @Macors Romain , please ensure that user that your are trying to add to your space has permission to access your instance.
As confluence admin go to global permission and verify that user has "Can use Confluence" permission.
That should be the reason,
Fabio

hey @Macors Romain ,
please check that user directory is importing users from AD and that in the new instace you correctly setup global permissions so that users can use that instance https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/global-permissions-overview-138709.html
