Import Word Document?

I'm not seeing the option to import the word document. 

Choose    > Import Word Document (<-- not an option)

I click on the '... View More' and select Word Document, but there's no option to upload the file. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our admin answered this for me.  He said that they disabled import because of security concerns and because in an upcoming release of confluence this may or may not be an available feature, so copy/paste into an existing page is the way to go.
