Images not load in Page created by Jira Automation

I have a simple automation on Jira to create a new page on Confluence based on a template with images, but the page is created with an error on the image. When I create a new page manually with this same template, the image loads correctly.

Does anyone know what could be happening?

Error logs no, but the image appear in the article like print bellow:

Hi We are finding the exact same "Preview Unavailable" when created in Automation, but the image is present and correct when created the manual way.

Also the audit logs just show "SUCCESS"

Has this been resolved or the cause uncoverd since the above message in 2022...?
