If i have created a Page - how can i remove the "Recently updated" comments.?

Need to remove the latest updated comments / post coming on the pages section - there must be a option to hide and see the same.

No, there's no way to hide or remove the comments, other than deleting them.

Why would you want to do that? What problem would hiding comments solve?
