IF I change my domain and I request a new Cloud instance with the desired URL. do I need to pay for both instances

Hi, Our company is changing Name and logo , hence, we need a new domain as my Question ask, the process will request a new Cloud instance and export my current data to a file then import it to the new one.

Yes, you will need to pay for both.

But, if you're paying monthly, you can simply let the old one lapse and take up the new one.  If you're on annual payments, it's worth raising it at https://support.atlassian.com to see if they'll move over the payments.
